
Alyssa Monet Arneaud is a professional dancer, scholar, and mentor whose work is rooted in purpose, discipline, and service. A former Miami HEAT Dancer (2021–2024), Alyssa has performed on national stages while using movement as a tool for confidence, expression, and leadership. Born and raised in South Florida, Alyssa began dancing at the age of two and trained extensively across multiple styles. She is a graduate of the University of Miami, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Nutrition, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and danced collegiately with the University of Miami Sunsations. Beyond the stage and classroom, Alyssa is deeply passionate about youth mentorship and education. She teaches dance, supports community initiatives, and believes in empowering young people to embrace confidence, resilience, and their unique calling. Through her writing, Alyssa shares lessons centered on faith, perseverance, and purpose, encouraging readers to walk boldly in who they were created to be.

Alyssa is part Jamaican and Trinidadian. Born in Miami, FL, she was raised in a Caribbean household where traditional values were upheld.

Alyssa loves to spend her time at the beach watching sunrises/sunsets, horseback riding, baking cookies, dancing, reading, traveling to different cities, and hanging out with family and friends.

Alyssa is the oldest daughter of Marcus and Lisa Arneaud, with two younger brothers Tristan and Chance, as well as her labradoodle Trevor.
